What a fantastic team. Thanks to Paul, Alison and Matt. I have just had a first service on my Brutale 800. 28/03/15/ I had bought the bike from new in September 14 from a none UK dealer and have since learnt that Bennetts are the best to go to. From my initial call to arriving at the shop and to leaving, they were the best experience I have ever had in 30 years of riding bikes. I need a warranty issue to be resolved and that will be dealt with soon too. Many thanks again to the whole team. Brilliant. Regards Lee.
Just spending 5 minutes speaking with Russ immediately inspires you with confidence. Bought a tornado RS from them which due to a manufacturing fault caused the engine to fail. In true Bennetts style tho, it wasnt too much trouble to come and collect the bike even tho it was on the Isle of Man (some 160 miles and 4 hr boat journey away!!), resolve the issue and have it delivered back.
Now all science needs to do is clone Russ and his team and place them in various other so called "dealerships" in the uk.
I read the reviews and decided to take my Tre-k for a mini service. What a good decision. Matt turned a good bike into a great bike. Thanks too to Alison for a warm welcome, help and advice
I Bought my Tre 1130 K from Russ and have always had it serviced there, always feels like a better bike every time. The service and friendliness of the guys at Bennet's is second to none. Good luck Russ and thanks for the last five years of putting a big grin on my face :-D
I took my benelli tornado down from inverness to get a service after it had been butchered up here, the service was brilliant and Matt who did the service was an expert and completely transformed the bike, what a pleasure doing business there with people who were so efficient and knowledgeable so a big thanks to Matt and the team at Bennetts, would not hesitate to recommend them.
bought a bike off the website without even seeing it in the flesh, had loads of pics emailed to me many close ups.Paul gave me the reasurrnace that if the bike was'nt as described then when it was delivered if i was not happy i could refuse it, however the bike was better than the images and i was kept informed every step of the way from start to finish, faultless service cheers paul.
