never met Russ or his team, but when I phoned him for advice on more than one occasion, he took the time to talk to me and was very helpful indeed.
His knowledge is second to none(bar, Errol in Australia) about the Benelli bikes, thanks very much, Steve.
I wish I'd bought my Tornado from Bennetts - as it is I found all the good reviews on the forum and sent it to Bennetts to make sure the necessary updates had infact been done. The bike has returned with a smoothness which replaced the previous hunting and snatching - wrong map(!) and no vibration - which was I assume the Z25 washer issue. Add in the safe handling by their recommended carrier Lee Costello and I think you can understand why I am delighted to record this testemonial.
Like to thank Paul , Matt, for restoring my faith in motorcycle dealers for fixing my brutale , great work and good price , can’t recco enough, cheers guys
If Carlsberg did bike dealerships they would look like Bennetts. 1. They are dead straight - I put a deposit down on a bike but then had insurance issues so couldn't go ahead. As this was entirely my fault, and as the bike had been held for me for a few weeks I fully expected to write off the £100. However it was refunded without me even having to ask. 2. They care about their customers - Having got things sorted I eventually bought a bike from Paul who was both helpful and patient and absolutely a BS free zone. A few weeks in to ownership the battery dropped a cell, and although it was not covered by warranty Paul sorted out a replacement free of charge.
