Purchased my 2022 MV Agusta Tourismo Veloce Lusso from Steve & Russ at Bennetts and it was a pleasant experience and just the sort of thing you look forward to when renewing a bike infrequently, as I do. What a lovely bunch of people! As with all the best things, I had a bit of wait but when it finally arrived I was blown away - the whole experience was just so much fun (even the 240 mile trip to Barnsley). It felt like I was joining an exclusive club of MV riders with a true specialist Bike shop in Bennetts behind you. The ride home was so different from my traded Tiger 1050....but in a great way, particularly the A68 rural sections that cross the Border back into Scotland where I live. My face was sore from grinning so much... The team at Bennetts were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, exceptionally welcoming and friendly and just a great bunch to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. I came away genuinely pleased that I had given my business to them - as they had deserved it and I hope to visit again in the future.
From first enquiry to taking delivery, Russ and the team, made feel so welcome and nothing was a hassle from setting up demo ride to delivery, the team worked closely with us to get my benelli trk 502. Bought a new F3 Rosso from Bennetts in Q1 2022. Id been annoying Russ for a few years by this point, he made an effort to get me a testride on an F3 in 2020 but insurance put a stop to me buying it...
Come 2022 and I had a testride on a panigale V2 and F3 booked for the same day as they let me have another crack at one. The F3 was by far the better bike and that put an end to the dilemma of what bike that had been going on for ages by that point.
Russ and Steve were very good during the buying process and always happy to help. Alison and Matt have also been very happy to answer any questions about servicing or linking phones to the bike and anything else and the showroom is a very pleasant place to be with so much beautiful machinery sitting up there.
I couldn't recommend them more, I've been very happy buying my bike from them.
I bought a 2005 benelli tornado rs from russell. He was honest and great to deal with. Im looking at his stock all the time and id definately buy from bennetts again!

I bought my MV Agusta F4 RC from Bennett's dealing with Russell direct. I travelled down from Scotland and found the shop very easily. The bike was as described and Russell was both very friendly and professional. The bike was delivered right to my door by Russell himself and my trade in bike was collected. **Would I deal with Bennett's again? - Definitely.

Traveled up from London to get my 800rr serviced, having bought it second hand, wasn't really sure what I had taken on and how well it had been looked after, I arrived mid morning, cup of tea waiting for me, they took the bike into the workshop and I was left to look at the stunning range of mvs for sale, this is where it gets good. I was constantly kept up to date on what the engineer was up to and what they had found wrong with the bike, as it happens not a lot apart from some butchered wiring to fit a trickle charger but the attention to detail from the service engineer and Allison, (obviously the boss) on the shop floor was brilliant, you got the sense that these people lived and breathed mv, there knowledge of the bikes was quite staggering, I really can't sing there praises enough, I'll be making the same journey next year without a doubt, cheers Mark
