I’ve had my MV serviced at Bennetts for the past 4 years and I have just traded it in for a new MV Turismo Veloce having been offered a great deal without any haggling. This is a long-standing family business with a refreshing ‘old school’ approach to customer service – friendly, approachable, down-to-earth and no fuss, but very professional. Russ and all the team here really know their bikes inside out and their attention to detail and pride in their work is obvious. Also, unlike many other dealerships, you can get to speak directly with the experienced technicians doing the work. First class outfit, highly recommended.
What fantastic service! We went to Bennet’s for the first time a few weeks ago to look at a Benelli 502 and told them about the problem we had with Nicky’s Ducati Monstro which had just failed its MOT on an exhaust problem. The booked it in for today, were completely clear about what may go wrong and , with the worst scenario, could take some time. Four and a half hours later it was sorted, Mot’d, cleaned and ready for collection. Knowledgeable, passionate and committed and a delight to deal with. We will be going back!
Bought a 2015 Mv Agusta F3 800 RC, a truly amazing bike! I reached a deal within 10 minutes with Jason and Russ with no nonsense and fuss approach usually associated with sales. My entire family has used Bennetts Motorcycles for many years, spanning from the early 1970's onwards. On this day, I sent my son to Bennetts so that the motorcycle which he purchased from Bennetts is serviced. Motorcycle servicing is 1st class, 1st class motorcycle sales and 1st class staff.
I bought a new TRK 502 X from Bennetts recently and they have provided 1st class service from the start! I chose to buy from Bennetts on recommendation from my friend and I'm glad I did! When I placed my order I was informed that my bike would be available in around 4 weeks, due to it being the new model, and I was kept up to date the whole time. They even sent me pictures of the bike when it arrived at the dealership. The staff are all friendly and approachable and the after sale support has been spot on. I will definitely buy from them again!
I had issues with an MV Agusta bought from another dealership. After 4 weeks of no progress I had it transported to Bennett’s, it was fixed within a day and then MOT’d. Alison & Matt did everything they could to accommodate me considering they didn’t sell the bike. I also got some great advice. If you have an MV use these!
