Over the last 3 years i have had all my bikes serviced by Bennetts having just moved the the area. Recently i just had my Aprilia Tuono serviced and MOTd cheaper than the service alone i was quoted for at an alternative workshop.

I have been to many garages over the years for bikes and cars and have never received the customer service which Russ and his team deliver. Honest, proper people doing an excellent job.

Highly recommended and when the time comes to purchase my next toy, i will be paying them a visit.

Just spending 5 minutes speaking with Russ immediately inspires you with confidence. Bought a tornado RS from them which due to a manufacturing fault caused the engine to fail. In true Bennetts style tho, it wasnt too much trouble to come and collect the bike even tho it was on the Isle of Man (some 160 miles and 4 hr boat journey away!!), resolve the issue and have it delivered back.

Now all science needs to do is clone Russ and his team and place them in various other so called "dealerships" in the uk.

bought a bike off the website without even seeing it in the flesh, had loads of pics emailed to me many close ups.Paul gave me the reasurrnace that if the bike was'nt as described then when it was delivered if i was not happy i could refuse it, however the bike was better than the images and i was kept informed every step of the way from start to finish, faultless service cheers paul.
